Delivery and returns
Postage is free for all items and I will send them out within three working days via Royal Mail Second Class (or UPS for larger orders). I pack all items securely and try to reuse packaging as much as possible.
I'm sure you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return it for any reason please let me know within one week of receipt. I am happy to offer a refund for any item but do ask the customer to pay for the return postage (excepting faults/breakages). Customer satisfaction is my number one priority, so if you have any problems or queries at all please don't hesitate to contact me.
For personalised glass I will always send you a proof for approval before I start sandblasting so that you can double check the design and any wording to ensure that the details are correct. Personalised glass cannot be returned unless there has been an error.
